Services

We offer Karoke Hosting for Events, Venues, Karaoke Parties, and any other type of event you can think of where you'd like to have karaoke. Additionally, we may offer sound services for outdoor and indoor events where amplification is required for announcements, speakers, etc.

Equipment:

We offer three different sound equipement configurations based on your needs.

  • Our full set up boasts an impressive 8000 watts of power for venues of all sizes with two horns and 15" speakers for a rich, full range sound, plus four 18" woofers to deliver that deep bass to make your event one all your guests will remember.
  • Our basic set up includes 4000 watts of power with two horns and 15" speakers for a rich, full range sound. This set up is great for karaoke events, but also practical for events, such as community events, where basic sound amplifcation is needed for announcements and and where music is not necessarily the priority.
  • We have a smaller, 900 watt set up (not pictured) that is ideal for home events.
  • Colored lights are available by request.

We use the KaraFun platform for our karaoke services. This amazing platform offers up more than 50,000 studio-quality songs for you to choose from and includes a contactless system that allows you to search the library and make your song requests directly from your smartphone!

How it works during your event:

  • Scan the QR Code with your smartphone. Alternatively, we provide a link you can type directly into your phone's browser.
  • Enter your name to begin searching the library.
  • After you select your song, confirm that you would like to add it to your list. You will be given an opportunity to enter your name again, which is useful if you'd like to sing a duet with someone!
  • While using the contactless system is preferred (especially if it is a busy event), you may also ask your host directly for song requests.

Booking:

To get started, contact us to check availability.

Minimum Event Fee:

The minimum event fee is $300 and is due prior to set up for the event. The minimum event fee includes up to three (3) hours of service. This fee excludes Weddings & Receptions. Read on for details for these events.

Additional Fees:

  • Overtime: $50/hour, paid prior to performing overtime.
  • Travel: Events within the Kittitas Valley include travel costs in the price. Events outside of the Kittias Valley +$50 for up to one (1) hour of travel.
  • Weddings & Receptions: The minimum event fee for weddings and receptions is $600. Payment in full is due at the time of booking.

Payment Options:

We accept cash or check. Cash can be paid in advance or prior to set-up on the day of the event. Checks must be paid at the time of booking and cleared prior to the event. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee and may result in booking cancellation if payment cannot be made prior to the event. Checks will not be accepted on the day of the event.

Ellensburg Karaoke Terms & Conditions

Booking

  • Booking is subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that we will have availability.
  • Try to book at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled start of your event. Bookings less than two (2) weeks in advance will be taken on a case-by-case basis.
  • All bookings cancelled greater than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled day of the event will be refunded any advance payment. All sales are final within seven (7) days of the scheduled day of the event and any cancellations made will result in forfeiture of any advanced payments.
  • All bookings include three (3) hours of service. It is not required to use all the time provided, but the minimum event fee does include up to three (3) hours of service. Unused portions of the three (3) hours does not reduce the minimum event fee.
  • We will need a minimum of one (1) hour, perhaps longer, to set up and also a minimum of one hour to tear down. If set up is delayed by inability to gain access to the event location or inability to contact the client, we are not responsible for lost time and are not required to go beyond the scheduled end time of the booking without overtime fees.

Pricing:

  • The Minimum Event Fee is $300 for the first three hours and is due prior to set up for the event. For Weddings & Receptions this fee is $600, due in full at the time of booking. The Minimum Event Fee includes up to three (3) hours of service and is due prior to set up. Any unused portion of the three (3) hours does not reduce the Minimum Event Fee.
  • Overtime fee: $50/hour, paid prior to performing overtime, for a minimum of one (1) hour, in one hour increments, paid prior to performing overtime.
  • Travel is included in the price for events within the Kittitas Valley. Events beyond that +$50 for up to one (1) hour of travel.
  • All sales are final within seven (7) days of the scheduled day of the event. Any advance payments made are forfeit as outlined above.

Forms Requiring Personal Information:

  • Any forms requiring personal information will not be signed. We reserve the right to deny or cancel a booking if any forms requiring personal information is required for your event.

Weddings & Receptions:

  • The Minimum Event Fee and Overtime Fee is $600 for Weddings and Receptions.
  • Payment of the minimum event fee is due at the time of booking.

Liability:

  • If a delay or cancellation is made prior or during the scheduled event occurs due to the host, faulty equipment, vehicle/trailer troubles, at-fault vehicle accident, or otherwise the fault of the host, determined by the host, then a refund of the Minimum Event Fee, exlcluding any credit/debit transaction fees, will be made available to the client if the minimum of three (3) hours of service have not been completed. In the event of any of these incidents occuring beyond the minimum three (3) hours of service, a refund of applicable overtime fees will be made available to the client. This liability does not include cancellations made by the host of the host feels unsafe to perform at any location or for the client, client's guests, venue, or its staff. The client should never put the host in a place that causes host to feel unsafe.
  • If a delay or cancellation occurs due to an act of God (natural event), no-fault vehicle accident, or any other fault that interferes with the scheduled event and is not caused by the client or client's guests the same actions will be taken as if it were caused by the host.
  • If a delay, cancellation, damage, or other liability occurs at the fault of the client or client's guests then all fees paid are forfeit unless otherwise explicitly stated above.
  • Any damage to equipment caused by the client, the client's guests, or the venue and its staff the client will be responsible to pay for all damages.
  • Any injury sustained by the host caused by the client, client's guests, or the venue and its staff the client will be responsible to pay for all applicable medical bills.

Code of Conduct:

The client, client's guests, venue, and its staff are all required to adhere to the following:

  • In no way are any of the above permitted to speak in harsh tones to the host.
  • In no way are any of the above permitted to use violence or threat of violence against the host.
  • If the host does not feel safe to provide service the event will be cancelled by the host with a forfeiture of all fees paid. The client should never put the host in a position where the host feels unsafe.
  • Let's have fun!
